Fair Use Policy

Power BI Sentinel is committed to providing a high-quality service to all our customers. To ensure fair usage and maintain optimal performance, we have established this Fair Use Policy.

The Power BI Sentinel license tier that you choose determines the maximum number of Power BI reports and/or Power BI semantic models ("Power BI Items") that you can have in your Power BI estate.

Note that only Shared and Premium/Capacity workspaces* are included for this purpose, Personal workspaces are not included.

Estate sizes will grow over time, but to ensure fair usage the number of Power BI Items in your whole tenant can not exceed that specified in your Power BI Sentinel license level.

Power BI Sentinel reserves the right to monitor usage patterns to ensure compliance with this Fair Use Policy.

*Shared, Premium Capacity, PPU, Embedded and Fabric Capacity workspaces
