For the purpose of licensing, we define a "Report" as either the front end report element, a semantic model, or a combination of both in a PBIX file.

Only "Reports" in shared workspaces on your tenant will be counted towards these limits. We do not process reports or semantic models in personal workspaces.

Due to the nature of our product, we do not offer any trial licenses or unpaid POC installations.

For the initial term of any license, we do offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with Power BI Sentinel and its features within this time period, simply cancel and we will refund any money paid.

The beauty of Power BI Sentinel, is that our data exports are hosted on a database that you create, manage and host.

Because of this, you are free to provision access to as many people as you wish to this data.

We do have our online portal, which is primarily used for management of the tool. There is however no limit to the number of users you can have on our portal.
