You do not have to count anything by hand. The tool is a browser bookmark: click it while you are signed in to Power BI as an admin and it reads your tenant totals straight from the session you are already in. Send us the report it produces and we will come back with a proposal.

The tool also exports a CSV of whatever screen you are on, listing every individual workspace and report. That is there for your own use. Please do not send it to us.
